YOWZA, I’m a lucky SOB. Just wanted to give you guys a sample of what Thi cooks while we’re not exploring this Asian-Mexi food experiment.
These are Korean Style Chicken Wings w/ a sweet ginger glaze sauce. This is actually her first attempt at doing a Kyochon/Byochon style, and trust that we LOVE our chicken wings (try Wing Stop’s AWESOME garlic parmesan wings when you have a chance). And let me tell ya… these were supa dupa YUMMERS!
If you’re a friend of Thi’s on FB, you’ll know what I mean. She posts a new profile picture EVERY DAY for each new dish she makes. Thi’s not a formally trained Chef, but trust when I say she’s talented.
Btw, we don’t just like food… we LOOOOOOVE food! That’s what foodies are all about, right? And in this case, we love it so much we cook…well, Thi does most of the cooking… I do the “sampling.” ^_^
