Starry Kitchen
What better way to tantalize your temptations than pics of MORE FOOD!

Pictured above is a Chinese 5-spice tofu deep fried w/ basil AND Chinese deep fried + slow braised pork. Oh man, it’s so good the minute it hits your lips. I literally had a psychadelic dream of bunnies, rainbows and candy falling from the sky the minute I took my first bite conjuring up make believe and pleasant memories that I had as a child. It was simply devine.

The one or two of you reading this might be asking:

“Mr. Mysterious Starry Kitchen R&D dude, that’s complete BALDERDASH that you tease and torture me with updates of foods and delights of the world that I can’t even imagine tasting myself. And how do these work in a taco, burrito or sandwich form? I don’t get it, and I don’t care because I want to eat these now. OH WHYYYYYYY?”

First I would just look at you with a blank stare with an uncomfortable pause… (pause)… and then I would say,

“In due time my strange American friend who uses British words like “balderdash” as IF it were part of your vernacular… in due time.”

I wanted to share with you guys so you can see the range and awesome power of Chef Thi’s cooking, see what we could possibly have in store in the near future (i.e. foods that could be served and catered at events as we expand into that) AND I find the most addictive part of our posts are not my clever and bland wit (damn you CHUCK NORRIS, I’ll get you next time), BUT the pics of the F-O-O-D. So there you go with a long run-on sentence as a nice gift to you…our reader(s)

REMINDER: We will be serving food (“thit kho”) this Wednesday night, June 10th from 6p to 9p. Food is going to be limited. If you want dibs, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll see what we can do for you.

Next hint for Sunday afternoon service: it’s Asian… okay, okay, all our food is Asian based. Here’s something more specific: it comes from a country that the merchants of the Middle East called Cauli. OOOOoooooOOOOooh

Until then, here are a couple more pics and close ups of our dinner tonight. Enjoy (we sure as hell did ^_^)!
