So simple, and yet so divine and very fresh tasting with all the fresh vegetables we put on top including slight pickled carrots, cilantro, fresh cabbage and thinly sliced and yet kind of crunchy green onion. How can you resist???

UPDATE:
My film intern, Eddie Pietzak, was our first guinea pig of the day and got to try a sneak preview of our wonderful dish that we’re serving tonight. He thought it was great. Since I’m all about taking creative liberties, again I will make up (REPEAT, this is NOT real foo’s) another quote this time for Eddie that goes something like this, “YEE HAW PA! These tacos from ‘NAM are the best thing thing since sliced bread, sporks and The Golden Girls (bless your heart Dorothy).”
