Sunday service is over, and we’re already mentally & physically prepping for this Wednesday night (June 1st, 6-9p). I’m sorry for those that didn’t make it out today. It might have seemed like an exaggeration, but the Japanese Garlic Noodles today were off the mutha f-cking hook! I mean seriously. If you like garlic, you would be in total garlic heaven. I mean, the chicken was really good too, but every sliver of slick noodle covered in this special garlic sauce was so savory, awe-inspiring and bursting with an unflinching flavor that was only meant for the gods but brought to earth by our resident talented Kitchen Ninja, Thi Tran.

Either way, it was a good day and we look forward to seeing ya’ll on Wednesday night. Looks like we’re repeating the popular Lemongrass Chicken this Wednesday night. You want some, then come get SOME! Who knows when we’ll repeat these noodles, but you guys totally missed out if you didn’t make it. The flavor was something unexpected, and one that I can proudly say is our own concoction :)
