- Pho Night was a (SURPRISING) success!
- And WILD CARD WEEK continues w/.. SALTED PLUM CHICKEN WINGS CONFIT!
So Pho Night was CRAZY packed+busy last night, and we ran out in about 2 hours (but looks like everyone and THEN SOME got to try some Pho so that’s good!) It SEEMS like people really liked it (at least I thought so), so the 2-3 day endeavor that is the Pho-making process for us might actually be worth it to pursue AGAIN someday (sooner rather than later hopefully!)
To celebrate the success of Pho night, I did what any respective restaurateur blogger does… look on YouTube for anything even REMOTELY related to the topic (and I found something too!) Skip to the 1:00 min mark to start the song. It’s actually quite sweet (and it’s about PHO! ^_^)
Now wasn’t that sweet (and makes you mo’ hungry for a piping hot bowl of Pho… maybe even SK PHO?!?! :D)

If you have not had this, and “opted NOT” to try it last time (you’re LAAAAAZY haha)… WHOOOOOA NELLY you don’t know what you missed out on. It’s like living life having never had a bacon wrapped hot dog, or having never enjoyed the flavor+fun of pop rocks in your mouth OR having never enjoyed the gleaming smile of a cantelope Mickey Mouse = you haven’t LIVED my friends (especially the cantelope Mickey Mouse part.. that’s pure joy right there kiddos… pure JOY!)
So come on by for lunchie-munchies (and possibly for non-Pho Night din-dins tonight) and get you some of that CONFIT-liciousness because it’s SOFA KING AWESOME!! :)
