Hey folks,
Couple of updates for all 2-3 of you that read this (ok, MAYBE 4 on a lucky day ^_^)
- NO Din-Dins this week! We figured it would be nice to give our staff and break (and figured no one would show up, and we don’t want to be bored waiting for no one.. most of the time at least ^_^)
- Tomorrow/Thurs is most LIKELY our last lunch day this week (which also means it’s the LAST day for the CRISPY TOFU BALLS too!) We’ll let y’all foo’s know once we make the final decision
- WILD CARD WEEK continues with a VERY special (possibly experimental) dish today ONLY
FISH and…
(TARO) CHIPS!!! (w/ a housemade Thai Curry Apple Chutney+Basil Vinegar sauce ;D)
And can I tell you something special about it? (I’m assuming your answer is “SURE!”) The batter is made with.. VODKA!!! (and it’s so good that way!)
Come on by (possibly TODAY ONLY)- enjoy it as a somewhat traditional FISH+(TARO) CHIPS plate, or SK-style and have it in a banh mi, wrap, salad or over rice (do it like Burger King and “have it your way” foo’s!)
(btw, did I mention the batter if FUCKIN’ PHENOMENAL-ICIOUS?!?!)
