Starry Kitchen
Before the #NewWaveWeds ear-liciousness, today we’re gonna try an entree SPICY VIETNAMESE SALAD w/ poached chicken + pickled red onion-tasticness on a bed of shredded cabbage and baby greens today to see how many people like it (since there are enough people that like it as the side salad ^_^)  Me thinks we’re gonna sell it fer a lil cheaper than we normally would to encourage y’all to try it, and so we can get your reactions (which we hope are more along the lines of “HELL YEAH!”)
And if you didn’t know, it’s actually a very traditional Vietnamese dish (aka “not your mama’s rabbit food, MY mama’s rabbit food!” LOL) known as “Goi Ga”.. but if you’re just admiring the pretty picture and that alone has got your mouth watering and dun care about all that cultural jazz… have at it! It’s GOOOOOOOOD!
Otherwise, if you didn’t know already and you like BEEF, we have a Wild Card special today: the KALBI-LICIOUS ANGUS BEEF! (it’s topped w/ a little julienned green apple for good+tasty measure.. and to also cut the sweetness of all it’s Kalbi-liciousness ^_^)

As the picture MAY suggest, it’s REALLY good in a banh mi sammie. (SERIOUSLY… so GOOD in a banh mi ^_^) There might just be enough for today so come and get it kiddos if you want to start your new year with… BEEF!
And without further ado (since I haven’t made another reference to #NewWaveWeds since the beginning of this post), here’s your reward (to all 2… possibly 3 of you that have read this far):

“BOOOOOYS DOOOOON’T CRY!” (sometimes I do, but I’m not a boy anymore so it’s excused, right?!?! ;D)
Xoxo,
