Happy MLK.. we are OPEN and THE VIETNAMESE MINCED BEEF-TACULAR starts today too! HOORAY! ^_^ Does it really need a name like that? Ummm… YEAH it does! It’ BEEF-TACULAR (and pretty damn tasty too if you ask me ^_^)  I personally likes it over riiiiice… it’s “scrumb-diddly-umptuous!” (as Ned Flanders might say LOL) And a couple more facts for your blog-tastic reading today if you didn’t know: A week from today is Chinese/Lunar New Year (HOORAY!!!) It’s the year of the DRAGON (which coincidentally IS the KITCHEN NINJA’S Chinese zodiac sign too… “oooOOOOOOooooOh!”) dineLA Restaurant Week starts too… WOO HOO! Feel free to click the conveniently linked…ummm.. LINK for dineLA to see our menu.
