(btw, the JALAPENO GREEN CURRY TOFU is PREEEETTY deceptive because we puree the jalapenos into the green curry so it’s all SNEAKY green. But it is one tasty mo’fo of a dish ^_^)
I’m not sure if I need to say much more today ‘cause this is one tasty week of SK eatin’ y’all (it makes me all warm inside.. but that could be all the chilis and jalapenos a “talkin” too :D)…
Ok, random last thought/note- I hafta wonder if I was the only person that discovered the song “Tarzan Boy” from the early 90’s Listerine ad. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one… am I?!?! (btw, I loved this song, but I still never bought any Listerine LOL… awww CRAZY commercials that I enjoyed but never got me to buy anything… too bad! ;D)
