Happy Humpday everyone,

First of all, THANKS so much to everyone for continuing to spread the word.  We really appreciate it.  Don’t stop now!  We LOVE meeting new people and introducing them to our food (and of course GQ).

We hope everyone is doing well on this fine pre-turkey day extravaganza week with all the eating, sleeping, watching football, eating some more, passing out from a food coma and possibly a run at your local retailer for some crazy Black Friday buying bonanza (trust me, I’m a techie and it gets CRAZY for those cheap laptops!!!) that can and will happen.  Before we get into the menu, here’s the schedule during the upcoming week.

UPDATED SCHEDULE

As many of you know, we’re doing a test-run at our downtown location this Saturday (super cheesy fun flyer is in slideshow above AND embedded below for easier reading plus we’ll do an individual reminder post with it alone too ^_^).  Here are the details just in case: http://bit.ly/aQiNL

If you can make it, please bring as many people as possible.  We need to emulate as much of a lunch rush as possible.  Send anyone you know… send anyone you don’t know too (I’m not sure how you would do that).  But if you can’t make it, Sunday service in NoHo is still on.  We’re also changing next Wednesday service to Tuesday just in case some of you are already consuming that fine specimen of a bird (TURKEY) OR the fine tofu-alternative (TOFURKEY).

The “MENU”

“Enough talk… talk is cheap!”

Meat: (NEW) SAVORY CHINESE GROUND CHICKEN w/ waterchestnuts.

OH MAN, I tried this last night and I could NOT stop eating it.  It’s REALLY juicy, flavorful and euphoric-ly good.  And that was just over rice!  If this looks familiar, THIS is what goes in those lettuce wraps (damn you PF CHANG’S! ^_^)… except sans lettuce and we’ll give it to you in a taco, burrito or a fluffy/yummy banh mi sandwich. :)  We made more of this so you could CHOW DOWN so we don’t sell out as early as we normally do.  So come one, come all and come hungry!

VeggieSWEET POTATO KIMCHI HASHBROWN

This is actually one of the KITCHEN NINJA’s favorite dishes.  She gets really GIDDY (sounds silly, but that’s the best way to describe it) when she makes this.  THIS is in limited quantity and we will run out.  I’m not sure how to describe this, but here’s an interesting try: it’s kind of like a sweet potato french fry except it’s in a hashed patty w/ kimchi flavor and veggies.  Hmmmm, not sure that works, but just know this is tasty with a little bit of crunch!

SIDE: We’re still not sure about this, but I’ll give you a heads up.  It’s either a creamy and super delicious ROASTED GARLIC WASABI MASHED POTATO or ROAST GARLIC CURRY MASHED POTATO.  What can we say?  We’re crazy for curry!  Will update via Facebook after we make our post-lunch decision. :)
