SUPPER CLUUUUUB!

Sorry we’ve been slammed with: prepping for our DownTown test-runs, negotiating the space, trying to blog, trying some new places in between facebook updating and spending a LOT of time planning for what can be a fun night… and I’m talking specifically about our SUPPER CLUB on Dec. 11th.
We’re opening it up now (already have about 6 people so far), and before I go farther out to the blogosphere we want to make sure all our friends that actually KNOW about us get a chance (if you see fit) to come join us.  Again, 20 spots, $50 a head, 4 courses and it looks like I’m getting an acoustic session with a singer/songwriter friend too!
Here are some quick details, we have to run downtown to prep for our test-run tomorrow, DownTown (Saturday, 12-3p) so I won’t have the EventBrite account setup until later today.
I make a mistake much earlier saying this was on Dec. 18th.  So to clarify, we are doing SUPPER CLUB on DEC. 11th @ 8pm
I need to re-iterate that we’ve locked the price @ $50 per head for the prix fixe menu.  Our attempt at a menu is above (^_^) to tantalize your tastebuds.  It’s a WHOLE lotta food.  We promise you to make you full… but not too full (unless you want to be).
While we were planning on doing it at a friend’s industrial warehouse, we aren’t now.  Assuming this one is successful we’ll do one of the next ones there.  Unfortunately couldn’t do it because we don’t have enough staff avail to us to move a whole kitchen there. SO between us “girls” we’re going to go ahead and do it at 8 Fish out of our kitchen there, and just officially christen that kitchen!
If you want in now, feel free to email us.  We won’t be super strict unless it calls for it.  So let us know!  If it does fill up (for some reason that our readership has expanded from 3 - 20 people!), I’ll let you know and put you on a wait list. 
If you ARE in, I’ll be setting up an EventBrite account to take your payment (as I mentioned above).  If we see you this week or weekend, you can also give it to us directly if you would like.  EventBrite’s nice because it takes credit cards.  I’ll need this all locked by Thursday, Dec. 10th so we can get all the yummy ingredients w/ an accurate head count.
