We gotta thank one of our VERY loyal fans, Shruti, for sharing this with us.  It seems more and MORE that our story is just one of many across the nation (especially with the Health Dept :p) So what do you guys think? The latter part of the article is ENTIRELY possible.  God help us all if we do “sell out” and become successful, but it does beg the question: Can SK keep our “Soul”, our sense of “Community” and our “Independent” sensibility as we grow to try to make this into not only a real living… but a culture?
