We haven’t settled on a baker yet, but Homeboy’s pretty awesome. Just got some more samples today (damn I love shopping for a baker): a bolillo baguette, a Salvadorean bolillo & hotdog bun baguette (same bun as a popular bar in DTLA) YUM!!
