Before we say our “Farewells” to the establishment most of you have either never been to, didn’t know existed or just realized it existed because we’re gonna gut that sucka and make it our own (oh YEAH!)… we’d like to present to you an “adoptee” (if you will) that we’ve taken under our wings: the 8 Fish Seared Tuna Salad.
Hey California Plaza, we’re sorry for those of you that really loved 8 Fish (hey, we thought it wasn’t too shabby actually) but there will be nothing left but a memory from the previous menu, EXCEPT this very special and tasty salad that when we saw “her” we were like, “Awwww… but it’s so cute and colorful, can we please take it with us too??”  And so we did!  We’re even going to list it as an “adoptee” salad.  Why?  Well, that’s just us trying to be CUTE… but also because… well we’ve never played w/ seared tuna at the apartment last time I checked.  So why not be honest and just say, “Hey suckas, we didn’t originally create it, but we’ve taken this recipe hostage, kicked “her” into shape and made it our own… so eat it… no really, PLEASE EAT IT!”
Alrighty, I haven’t posted as much recently (except for the Hubig’s post, re-post and some other random psychobabble non-sense), but when I USED to post more often I always ended w/ a random video (because they’re fun to watch!).  So with that, since I’ve already used Boyz II Men’s “It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye to Yesterday” why not end on a beautiful and poetic note with this song I love so dearly.  And with that, I leave you w/ “Peachies and Cream” by 112 (<- DAMN I love this song.. it puts a HUGE smile on my face. I think it’s time I perfect this song for karaoke, MOVES and all… tee hee hee):

Xoxo,
