UPDATE: We’re gonna do it whenever we have salmon… and looks like we’re gettin’ some salmon tomorrow (Tuesday). Go figure! :) Oh yeah, if I didn’t mention.. we’re getting in limited shipments of salmon that sears very nicely (if I don’t say so myself) to go in our salad.  Oooh, and I just spoke to the KN and it looks like we’ll do it every Friday (for Lent!). Cool? COOL! TEAM SK
