Before we get into one of our backlogged entries, all we have to say is….WOW! Mutha f’er, I can’t believe we’re still growing, and it’s friggin’ FAN-TASTIC! I mean, seriously, it’s great meeting all these like minded foodies. That’s really what it’s all about more than anything. Thanks everyone. I feel like we had like 75% new people today which is SWEET! Spread the word, give us more great Yelp reviews (now we have 17!) and keep on… keepin’ on!
Alright, let’s get back to what these pics are about… or something:
Backlog: supa dupa famous breakfast joint in Honolulu (Waikiki), EGGS ‘N THINGS.
Look, breakfast is breakfast is… STOP! As simple as a food may seem, there’s nothing that out weighs the quality of presentation and the food itself, and I have to say… EGGS ‘N THINGS is pretty consistent when it comes to that. One of you “smart” people might say,
“But Mr. SK, who could f’ up breakfast? I mean, it’s breakfast. Oh yeah, what’s with this unhealthy obsession with Chuck Norris too? I don’t get it”
And my answers to those question go in this order:
#1- You know what my curious and slightly annoying friend, anything simple can be simply mangled. Plus, don’t underestimate the power of f’ing up something so simple SO royally. I mean, let’s look at our previous President (ooooOOOOooooh SNAP!) LOL
#2- It’s Chuck Norris and he’s hilarious, so why not. I mean, look at that stache… it’s just asking me to make fun of him! But becareful.. you might DIE (see pic below):
And that’s why you should just shut your trap and just take my Chuck Norris comments. ^_^
Alrighty, now that’s out of the way, back to breakfast. I’ll make it simple, this place serves a great breakfast, they offer one of the best and most savory things you’ll have while you’re in Hawaii (Portuguese Sausages), they also serve guava and coconut syrup for your pancakes (which is AWESOME) and their manager Michael happens to be a big fan of one of my films WHITE ON RICE… so this place is now uber-tastic COOL!
They have many other mouth-watering items to tantalize your imagination, but their simple breakfasts are simply great… and that’s all you need to know. Go try it. Tell ‘em the Banana-man sent you (which is a long story… but we can shorten that story by sending you HERE)
