Ahhh Friday (& ahhh this has been a LONG week). First, it’s the LAST lunchie-munchies day for the tasty morsels of chicken-liciousness known as: SK KARA-GE (aka Japanese Popcorn Chicken). Let’s say “Goodbye” to it with one more time “Plate-face Goodbye” (or maybe it’s saying “Hello” to the new dish.. which I can say is a BIIIIIG fan favorite ^_^) Secondly, NO DIN-DINS tonight either because We still gots to get our SH-T together with our staff situation. And in the mean time we also gotta show our staff and friends who have been helping us out how much we appreciate them too while listening to the unique rhymes and rhythms of our intern Gaelan (you can check out his creativeness HERE LOL… oh man it’s so bad it’s GOOD!)… by bringing them out drinking and eatin’ in K-town!! (no really, re: Gaelan.. oh man this sh-t that comes outta his mouth is hilariously bad! LOL) Whatever happens to us, we’re gonna push through this (and we also tagged this table at Dan Sung Sa as well so we have THAT as a mark in life at the very least).. and get back to the grind (and hopefully Din-Dins next week too!) I think that’s it.. off to work (or whatever I pretend to do at work that is ^_^) Xoxo, TEAM SK

Here’s what we got for your Sunday FOOD service (not to be mixed up with any religious affiliation… even though some of you come religiously ^_^) tomorrow from 12-3p:

Meat: KALBI CHIM (braised Korean short-ribs) and in the burrito you’ll get KIMCHI FRIED RICE inside w/ the KALBI CHIM instead of just plain ol’ (and yet tasty) sushi rice

Veggie-licious entree: stir-fried and a delish-ified (yeah, you could get a huge score if you used that word in a game of Scrabble) KIMCHI + KING OYSTER MUSHROOMS

All dishes served w/ a side of LOVE… and JAP CHAE (Korean glass noodles)

Don’t forget that we’ve upped the ante on the banh mi/sandwiches w/ the homemade sweetly creamy french-like mayo (and let me tell you NOW it makes a HUGE difference… every bite was like heaven: so light and fluffy (ummmm YEAH, don’t forget we like to eat our own food too).

If you’re going to come, but don’t know when… you can always call or email your order ahead of time and we’ll hold it for ya.
