If you’re curious about our Oxtail+Bone Marrow+Beef Knuckle Pho w/ Niman Ranch Rib-Eye beef IN the Pho tonight, be advise that it’s “First come, First served” and to show up early because we CLEARLY did not make enough for the HUGE amount of response we’ve received already. (and sorry y’all, this Pho takes us a LOT of time to make so we’ll plan for more next time if people like it enough tonight.. we promise!)
Just in case you wanna try and stop by for the craziness tonight, but are fine with the other SK delectables that we offer here’s the LIMITED menu+personal message of encouragement for tonight:

For those that are new (all 6 of you that we met at the Rose Bowl this weekend that weren’t completely put off by our constant “balls” jokes LOL), we rotate the menu every WEEK! Why? Because we can! ^_^ (and that’s just our concept… but that’s a more boring and less bold answer than the former :D)

And we’re changing this one up by adding minced kimchi + gochujang (Korean sweet chili paste) on topsies:

We got some left-over stash from the fest, and we’ll be serving up THESE starting today (and until we run out):
