First of all, WILD CARD WEEK continues w/ the BULGOGI BURGER and it’s minced kimchi+gochujang lime aioli combo-flavor-liciousness!  If you haven’t had this latest iteration of the BULGOGI BURGER (especially in a banh mi sammie)… whooooooa NELLY it’s “ankle biting good!” (if I could find a picture of the hotsauce w/ this slogan, WHICH DOES EXIST, I will post it FIRST THING once I do find it… whoa, I FOUND IT) (thanks go out to HotChili-Mike’s Gourmet Hot Sauces for even HAVING this picture up!  Last time I saw this bottle I was in college over 10 years ago LOL) Lastly, if you didn’t know it, tonight’s Din-Dins is a very SPECIAL Din-Dins because it’s… “PHO-CKING PHO NIGHT Y’ALL!” (BONE MARROW - consider it OUR version of the Ramen Kotteri ;D) If you’re curious about our Oxtail+Bone Marrow+Beef Knuckle Pho w/ Niman Ranch Rib-Eye beef IN the Pho tonight, be advise that it’s “First come, First served” and to show up early because we CLEARLY did not make enough for the HUGE amount of response we’ve received already. (and sorry y’all, this Pho takes us a LOT of time to make so we’ll plan for more next time if people like it enough tonight.. we promise!) And we’re changing this one up by adding minced kimchi + gochujang (Korean sweet chili paste) on topsies:

SPECIAL SURPRISE

We got some left-over stash from the fest, and we’ll be serving up THESE starting today (and until we run out):

Rather than write more boring words and lingo (outside of the fact that they created a WHOLE new category just for us: BEST ORIGINAL SHOWMANSHIP), here are just a FEW of the pictures.
