Don’t forget, this is the LAST LUNCH WEEK for the NOM NOM PORK too, and we KNOW lotsa ya love this dish because… well because lotsa ya come back and get it too!
OUTTA CHICKEN?
In other news (is this blog meant for news or more tomfoolery, even I don’t know!), we “kinda” make a rookie mistake in prep AND we have a LIMITED SUPPLY of LEMONGRASS CHICKEN today. (i.e. it’s GONNA run out). To make up for it since we’re total goobers (yeah, some Asian people use the word goober… like ME!) for making that HUGE mistake, we brought this back JUST for today:
(aka the SPICY KOREAN BLACK PORK BELLY topped w/ sauteed red bell pepper and onions… yuuuuum)
