Many thanks to @tobyfels +hubby for coming to dins tonight and for showing me something I haven’t seen in the near 5 months we’ve served the Singaporean Chili Crab: a couple KILLING an entire crab AND all the spicy-ass sauce in its entirely… All by themselves. FUCK that’s pretty impressive! And frankly I would do the same but I’m just a sloppy mcsloppy animal when it comes to eating anyway, so I don’t count. :p
FYI-Oh YEAH, we are open tonight (Dec. 22nd) just in case you were wondering. Come on by y’all! ^_^

..and the Singaporean Chili Crab dippin’ R+D champion could possibly be… The fluffy-ass Buttermilk Beer Fritter!!! WooooooWEE thems some GOOD dippin’ ;)
Ummmm.. why is this “fashion of the FUTURE” and these ridiculously wooden plank covered male models relevant to Asian food, SINGAPOREAN CHILI CRAB and/or CRISPY TOFU BALLS? … ‘cause they AIN’T, but it’s hilarious anyway!! hahaha
But while I’m at it, it’s always a good reminder to “Please enjoy our balls in your mouth!” ^_^ (you can interchange the word “CRABS” for “BALLS” as well if you would like, and allow your imagination to take that into multiple hilarious directions in your head)
… and for some reason it makes me think of this Weezer song which is unrelated to everything too (my mind is going to strange places today.. I admit it!)

Wood you wear this? I think I’d have to be pretty hammered first. I don’t like the construction of these pieces. Or maybe the men aren’t of the right build. I’m just not on board. I would never design this and think, “Yes. Nailed it.” Or, “This is a fashion breakthrough! ” But you know what they say, remove the plank from your own eye before you can remove the speck from your brother’s.
Alrighty- call your friends, loved ones and possibly your favorite doctor because we happily give you crabs (again) tomorrow from the 27th-29th (then we take another break and come back on the 3rd! haha)
Don’t forget, SK has the #1 SINGAPOREAN CHILI CRAB in LA!! (don’t mind the fact that we MIGHT be the only Singaporean Chili Crab in LA now.. and I wear a banana suit from time-to-time that could discredit that statistic.. at least it’s possibly true! ;D)
